Fides-Solutions, Inc.("Fides-Solutions", "us", "we" or “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how we process personal information, in connection with our online services(the "Services") and website (collectively with the Services, the “Site”); how we maintain, use, and share that information; and how you can manage the way information about you is handled.

I. Information Collected

This Privacy Policy applies to all Fides-Solutions websites, products and services offered by Fides-Solutions (the “Services”). Fides-Solutions collects information from individuals who visit the Company’s website (“Visitors”) and individuals register to use the Services (“Customers”) either individually or on behalf of an entity. Fides-Solutions may also collect information about how you use theServices, such as activity and product version data. This information may aggregated or identifiable. Fides-Solutions may collect data to improve our operations and to understand how to provide you with the best experience.

II. How we Use Information

The Company uses Information to perform the Services. The Company may also use information for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company and its partners, such as information about promotions or events. More specifically, Fides-Solutions uses information:

  • To provide, update, maintain and protect our Services, websites, and business. This includes use of information to support delivery of the Services to Customers, prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage, trends and other activities, or at a user’s request.
  • To communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments, and questions.
  • To consider you for possible employment with Fides-Solutions in connection with an application that you submit through the Site, and communicate with you about your application.
  • To investigate and help prevent security issues and abuse and compliance with our contractual arrangements and policies.
  • For billing, account management, and other administrative matters Fides-Solutions may need to contact you for invoicing, account management, and similar reasons and Fides-Solutions uses account data to administer accounts and keep track of billing and payments.
  • To send emails and other communications. Fides-Solutions may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages, and other types of communications. Fides-Solutions may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Services, our Services offerings, and importantServices-related notices. These communications are considered part of the Services and you may not opt out of them. In addition, Fides-Solutions sometimes sends emails about promotional communications or other news about Fides-Solutions. These are marketing messages so you can control whether you receive them. III. How Fides-Solutions Shares and Discloses Information

Fides-Solutions may share information collected with the Company’s service providers so that these service providers can contact Customers and Visitors who have provided contact information on our behalf. From time to time, Fides-Solutions may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service from Fides-Solutions, the Company may share information collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner. Fides-Solutions does not control our business partners’ use of such information, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies.

If our company or substantially all of our assets are acquired, or in the event of a merger or bankruptcy, information about you and/or information you provide to Fides-Solutions may be among the transferred assets. IV. Cookies and Similar Technologies
